Jeff DeGraaf

Jeff DeGraaf is a
Senior Managing Director and head of ISI's technical analysis team.
He has been an Institutional Investor's ranked technical analyst for
each of the past 7 years, and was ranked #1 in the last three years.
Prior to joining ISI in 2007, Jeff spent 9 years at Lehman as
managing director and chief technical analyst and also served on the
firm's Investment Policy Committee. Prior to joining Lehman, Jeff
spent 8 years at Merrill Lynch. Jeff graduated from Michigan State
University in 1990 and is a CFA and CMT charter holder. In addition
to his professional responsibilities, he serves on the finance board
at Michigan State University.
Tobias Levkovich
Chief U.S. Equity Strategist,
Citigroup
Mr. Levkovich, the chief US equity
strategist of Citigroup Investment Research, has more than 18 years
of experience in the investment business and has been with Smith
Barney since 1988. Since 2001, he has been responsible for assessing
the direction of the US equity markets and sector allocation. He
also created the firm's Recommended List. Prior to that, Mr.
Levkovich covered the engineering, construction and machinery
industries for 13 years. Institutional Investor has named Mr.
Levkovich on its list of the nation's leading analysts both as an
equity strategist and as an industry analyst. He received a B.A. in
commerce from Concordia University, Montreal, and attended Boston
University's Graduate School of Management.
Steve Moore
Senior Economics Writer, The Wall
Street Journal
Stephen Moore
joined The Wall Street Journal as a member of the editorial
board and senior economics writer on May 31, 2005. He splits his
time between Washington and New York, focusing on economic
issues, including budget, tax and monetary policy.
Stephen has
been a frequent contributor to the Journal over the years, and
is previously known as the founder and former president of the
Club for Growth, which raises money for political candidates who
favor free-market economic policies. He left that position in
2004. Just prior to coming to the Journal, Stephen was president
of a new organization, the Free Enterprise Fund.
Over the years
Stephen has served as a senior economist on the Congressional
Joint Economic Committee, as a budget expert for the Heritage
Foundation and as a senior economics fellow at the Cato
Institute, where he published dozens of studies on federal and
state tax and budget policy. He was a consultant to the National
Economic Commission in l987, and research director for President
Reagan's Commission on Privatization.
Stephen is the
author of five books, most recently, "Bullish on Bush: How the
Ownership Society Is Making America Richer." He graduated from
the University of Illinois and holds a masters degree in
economics from George Mason University.
